Personal sessions are exclusively one-to-one in our World-class fitness and performance centre, fully fitted with indoor turf, elite strength training equipment and innovative training work flow.

An initial consultation is required prior to commencement of any training sessions in order to establish specific goals and understand needs.

Group Strength & Conditioning

Our group strength & conditioning sessions are limited to a maximum of 8 places, and differ from typical group training environments. Our programmes are designed to allow for individualisation and flexibility within the overall programme plan. This allows us to accommodate differing individual abilities and experience levels while remaining in a group environment.

Whether you are looking to shape up, increase strength in specific muscle groups, or train for sport-specific goals, we have the group for you.
