Nina Thomas MSc, ANutr – Nutritionist
Nina is our consulting Health Nutritionist, with extensive expertise and experience working to optimise health and wellbeing with clients ranging from health-conscious men and women with weight-loss goals to those requiring support with specialist diets including transitioning to plant-based, gluten-free, lactose-free and more. Nina is available for one-to-one consultations at our main location in East Bridgford, Nottinghamshire.
Nina is a Registered Nutritionist holding prestigious Registered Associate Nutritionist status as a member of the Association for Nutrition, in addition to degrees in Nutritional Sciences and Food Science from Kings College London.
Nina’s approach consists of an initial ‘no obligation’ confidential chat to identify a programme appropriate for your own situation and goals. Once agreed to mutual satisfaction, the next step consists of a food diary analysis and use of the latest non-invasive technology to assess body composition and basal metabolic rate. This personalised data is used to help guide a simple programme aimed at achieving both your short and long-term goals.
This is very much an outline approach to the programme which will be all about you and your needs and tailored appropriately, always being cognisant of your current health.
Nina also works in collaboration with our Fitness Specialists/Personal Trainers if required to provide a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
