Small Group Training Memberships

We offer small group strength and conditioning sessions five days a week from Monday-Friday.

Group sizes are capped at eight to allow focused attention for each individual from our coaches. Our small group programmes are open to all ability levels, and are suitable for all exercise backgrounds. Each session is carefully programmed to allow flexibility and individualisation where necessary for member needs.

Both of our membership options include the following:

  • 1x FREE trial session
  • 1x FREE personal initial movement screen
  • 10% off individual performance, fitness and rehabilitation services
  • No contract

Basic Membership

  • Price: £60/month
  • Limited to 4x sessions/month
  • Most suitable for: Those only able to train once a week

Unlimited Membership

  • Price: £75/month
  • Unlimited sessions per month
  • Most suitable for: Those training frequently to increase strength and fitness
